– Is Skood free to use?
Yes Skood is absolutely free to download.

– Can I use Skood offline?
Unfortunately, Skood is not available offline. Skood needs to have an access to the internet so that you can submit and track your order.

– What areas is Skood available?
Currently, we are only servicing Baguio City. If things work out we might become available on your area.

Skood was made to help local restaurants market their dishes. Support our local restaurant. Skood was born in Baguio City and is owned by an all-Filipino company.
Using Skood

– Can I cancel my placed order in Skood?
Yes. But you can only cancel your placed order if it is still being processed by the system. Beyond that you are liable with the order. Please avoid cancelling your order.

– How should I pay for my order in Skood?
Currently, the only payment method available in Skood is through Cash on Delivery. But rest assured we are working on integrating a credit card payment method on the app.

– Do I need to create an account before using Skood?
Yes, you need to create an account. Creating an account is as easy as 1 tap. You can login using your Facebook or Google account.

Skood offers low commission rates and Skood will be providing a social media marketing campaign for the restaurant by advertising them on all of our social media channels. Skood will also provide an app so that restaurants can manage their orders and sales.
General Issue

– I cannot see the update button
When a new version of the app is already release on either Google Play Store or App Store, the app will require you to update the app. If you cannot see the update button, this is because Google Play Store and App Store stores all your activities on its cache, to fix this, you need to clear the cache of Google Play Store or App Store.

– The app cannot access my account
This is due to the cache that was stored on your mobile device. If uninstalling and reinstalling won't work, please clear the app's data or cache.
